If you choose to receive one of our core sets you must return your injectors to us within 30 Days of being received (tracking verified). Exceeding this deadline will forfeit your core payment and we will no longer accept your core exchange. Cores must “PASS TESTING” and be without visual blemishes or damage in order to receive full core return. No junkyard sets that have been kicking around in a bucket or low flowing injectors will be accepted.
This is a full set(4) of Cleaned, Balanced, and Flow tested injectors, we also observe the spray pattern to verify there are no anomalies and back flush to ensure there is not blockage in the reverse direction. A set of PD TUNING Cleaned and flow tested injectors will bring your injector back to a balanced and new condition. New filters are swapped in along with the process of testing and making sure the injectors are back to a factory standard.
Add Overspeed injector seals to ensure the injector seals to the head with no leakage or blowout.
Add new o rings and clips so you can get rid of the ones your ripped and broke while removing the injectors from the rail.
Remove all o rings and seals from the injectors prior to sending them in.
If you can not remove them or send in fully dressed injectors without permission you may be subject to a service charge, the same goes for injectors coated in grime/ gunk
