- Manley H Beam connecting rods with custom oiling slots cut in to the big end faces of the rod to provide positive cylinder and pin oiling.

- Stock springs inspected and shimmed to 40lbs seat pressure at install height. (good for 7800rpm). Crower springs and titanium retainers are also available as an added option.
- Valve guides replaced and diamond honed to spec.
- 3 angle performance valve job maintaining under .0005in guide to seat concentric.
- Surface head and block to head gasket manufacturer specs.
- Bore and final hone block with torque plate installed at final head stud tq spec. Maintaining .0001in top to bottom. Cylinder finish verified with profilometer.
- Micropolish crankshaft and camshafts.
- Line hone mains with ARP S2000 stud kit installed.
- Complete engine Aquablast vapor hone surface treatment.
- All new Mazda gaskets and seals are utilized for the assembly unless performance upgrades are specified.
- All new Mazda timing components utilized for the assembly.
- 2.3 Ecoboost oil pump.
- King Racing main and rod bearings.
- Overspeed Motorsports custom ARP L-19 head stud kit.
- All stock oil galley plugs removed and tapped for NPT plugs.
- Balance shaft delete.
- Crank trigger pinned in place with a tool steel pin.
- All components ultrasonic cleaned prior to assembly.
- All components utilized in our manufacturing process go through our in house QA inspections prior to being utilized for our product.
OVERSPEED MOTORSPORTS provide a 2 year 24k mile engine only warranty with this package. All warranty claims are to be repaired by Overspeed only unless given prior authorization.
